How it works

Four stages, no surprises.

Consultation

A private conversation about your objectives, family, nationality and timing. We tell you which programmes fit — and which don’t.

Eligibility and file preparation

Source-of-funds, background and document review before anything is submitted, so the application is complete the first time.

Submission and due diligence

The application is lodged through the authorised channel; independent due diligence and, where required, an interview follow.

Approval, investment and handover

After approval in principle you complete the contribution or investment; we then collect and hand over your certificate and passport.

Advice first. Applications second.

Objectives before programmes

We start with what you need — mobility, family security, business access or a long-term plan B — and only then discuss countries and routes.

Total cost, not headline price

Contributions, government fees, due diligence, passports and, where relevant, biometrics and property fees are itemised before you decide.

Verified against the source

Every figure we quote is checked against the programme authority. When a rule changes, our advice changes with it.

One adviser, start to finish

The person who meets you in Dubai prepares your file, follows it through due diligence and hands over your documents.

Government relations

Direct relationships with programme leadership.

Our founders have met with heads of government and citizenship-unit leadership across the Eastern Caribbean. These meetings keep our advice current on policy, pricing and process. They are not endorsements, and we never present them as such.

Questions

Questions clients ask first

What is citizenship by investment?

A legal route by which a country grants citizenship to an applicant who makes a qualifying contribution or investment, passes due diligence and meets the programme’s requirements. In the Caribbean, applications go through an authorised agent and are decided by the government’s citizenship unit.

How much does a second citizenship cost?

Contributions currently start at US$200,000 for a single applicant in Dominica and US$230,000–250,000 for a family of four in Antigua & Barbuda, Grenada and St Kitts & Nevis, plus due diligence, processing and passport fees. Real-estate routes carry government fees on top of the purchase price. We give you a complete, itemised figure at consultation.

How long does it take?

St Kitts & Nevis states three to six months; Dominica states at least three months to approval in principle; the other units do not publish a fixed time. Realistic estimates depend on your documents, nationality and current caseloads, and we set expectations honestly.

Can my children and parents be included?

Yes, within each programme’s dependant rules — typically a spouse, financially dependent children up to a set age, and dependent parents. Each additional dependant changes the contribution and fees.

Do I have to live in or visit the country?

No residence is required for St Kitts & Nevis, Dominica, Grenada or Saint Lucia. Antigua & Barbuda requires at least five days in the country within the first five years of citizenship.

Which countries can I travel to visa-free?

Visa arrangements change — Dominica lost UK visa-free access in 2023, and the EU has strengthened its visa-suspension rules. Rather than quote a fixed number, we review current access for the destinations that matter to you.
